Since writing my review on 3rd April I realised I had made a mistake and wanted 2 shelves taken out and 2 higher rails installing so that my dresses would hang without touching the lower rail. Bryan arranged to come back at my convenience and change it to how I now wanted it and there was no charge involved. Brilliant customer service and after care Hawkers
